Do I need the app before I buy this?

No. That's the point. Nothing needs to exist before the envelope shows up — no account, no profile, no setup. Buy it, hand it over, and the person receiving it takes it from there.

Where is the redemption code?

The activation code is included with the physical QR redemption set, so the stickers and the one-year RideID Premium trial arrive together.

When do I enter the code?

Enter it while setting up the ride in RideID. The code activates the one-year RideID Premium trial so the new owner can finish the profile and start creating custom merchandise.

Does someone need the app to scan my codes?

No. Any phone camera works. They point, they tap, they land on the ride profile — no download, no account.

What is a Duck Tag?

A Duck Tag is an adhesive RideID QR tag made for the rubber-duck tradition in the Jeep community. The kit includes one sheet of 30 tags. Ducks are not included.
